Topper Industries manufactures prefabricated marinas / floating docks systems. Every opportunity is unique; therefore, we design each marina or floating dock according to the specific requirements. We consider factors including; site, access, water and weather conditions, anchoring, aesthetics and budget. Topper floating docks can be designed with pressure treated wood frames, steel frames (painted or galvanized), aluminum frames or glulam frames. There is a wide assortment of flotation devices and deck to choose from.

East Coast Marina Chesapeake Bay, Maryland
This beautiful setting is home to a marina built using components supplied by Topper Industries. Topper Type I floats support a pressure treated wood frame with a wood deck. One component of the marina is a fuel dock and floating store. The gangways were also provided by Topper Industries.

Crystal View Estates
This marina is on Lake Chelan in Central Washington. Due to the potential for very rough water the outside docks utilize a heavy-duty breakwater construction while the inner docks are a lighter duty build. We used a pressure treated wood frame and deck on this project. Installed by Topper Industries.

Hudson Point Marina, Port Townsend, Washington
Home to an annual Wooden Boat Festival these docks are fabricated using a pressure treated wood frame and wood deck. These docks can be heavily loaded with both boats and people. Over 25,000 people attend each year.

Sundown Marine Richland, Washington
Covered moorage with a fuel dock. These covered docks utilize a painted steel frame with a wood deck and Topper Type I floats. The roof is also painted steel. The fuel dock is a painted steel frame with a cast concrete deck.

Umatilla, Oregon
This 36-slip covered moorage has a two level roofline. The docks were constructed using painted steel frames with 2x6 Ponderosa Pine wood deck. The roof supports are galvanized steel and the roof panels are painted. Installed by Topper Industries.
